Do i have to use the wii remote controller or can i use classic or wireless controller?
Just bought a Wii just to play Mario Party 8. So i was wondering if i have to use the wii controller? It is very hard to use. So can i use the classic or the wireless controllers? The controller that came with the wii is very hard to use!

With the Wii Remote controller, gaming becomes accessible to everyone. Thanks to advanced motion-sensing technology, with the emergence of Wii Remote Controller, game control is as easy as swinging a tennis racket, or steering a wheel. The Wii Remote controller also packs a speaker, rumble feature, and external connector for other input devices, like the Nunchuk and the Classic Controller.
Well, maybe not every one is familiar with how to connect a new wii remote controller to the console. I used to be stuck by this challenge. Before I used to test video games for a living, I used to become so frustrated with connecting a new Wii Remote to the console. When you've never synced a new Wii Remote to your system or you haven't used it in a while, you can use your other Wii Remotes to connect it the old fashioned way, or you can use my simple steps and make your friends think you're some kind of Nintendo wizard.
Turn on your Wii console. While on the HOME screen, press any button on the Wii Remote. If the 4 squares on the bottom remain dark, change the batteries (or for a rechargeable Wii Remote, place it on the charger for a while).
If the 4 squares blink blue, then stop, your Wii Remote is not synced. Press the 1 and 2 buttons at the same time. This should connect your Wii Remote if it's been synced before.
If your 4 squares still blink blue, then stop, these last steps will do the trick. First, on the front of the Wii console, just underneath the disc slot, there is a small panel that opens down. Open it and press the small red button.
Open the battery panel of your Wii Remote and press the small red button. Replace the battery panel and observe the blinking blue lights. If 3 stop blinking, and 1 remains lit blue, your Wii Remote is synced with your console. Make sure to secure the wrist strap, and have fun!
