I want to buy Wii Sports Resort?
But I need Wii Motion Plus to play it. I have 2 Wii controllers and so need 2 Wii Motion Plus. I know one Wii Motion Plus comes with Sports Resort but does that mean I need to buy another one (WMP)seperately to play multiplayer with 2 seperate remotes? (I don't want to use just 1 remote). Also, is WMP an add-on for the remote or a seperate remote?

1) yes you need to buy another one. You will need one for every controller you plan on using.
2) WMP is an add-on (as many have already stated) that enables the Wii/Wiimote to better identify motion. The device incorporates a dual-axis "tuning fork" angular rate sensor, which can determine rotational motion. The information captured by the angular rate sensor can then be used to distinguish true linear motion from the accelerometer readings. So basically it can identify linear motion BETTER than just the plain old Wiimote. (only on WMP compatible games tho - it does NOT improve gameplay on games that do not use the WMP, tho you can still leave it on the Wiimote.)
